We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Intern. This exciting opportunity will provide hands-on training and experience in hotel quality standards.

The successful candidate will assist the Operations team in maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LQA Support: Assist with LQA preparation, including documentation review, staff training, and mock audits.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks in various hotel departments to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze LQA scores and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training Materials: Assist in developing and updating training materials related to hotel quality standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Project Support: Participate in quality improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a hospitality, tourism, or business-related degree program.
  • Strong interest in quality management and the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of both Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
