We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our finance and accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing operations at our property level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain an approved vendors list encompassing all categories.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing strategies to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of purchasing, including food, beverage, and controllable costs.
  • Order all food and beverage based on business needs.
  • Ensure proper inventory controls, including requisitions, rotation, and dating.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including C-7s, menu costing, and general office duties.
  • Ensure accurate administration of all invoices and adherence to proper bookkeeping procedures.
Requirements:
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
  • Experience in a lead purchasing position within luxury hospitality is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
