About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Services Financial Planning and Analysis Controller to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a full P&L monitoring process and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and construct financial models to support business plans and decision-making processes
  • Develop and implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights on cost structure and performance
  • Support business growth, finance process improvements, and cost commitments
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to identify key risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on accounting and finance
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international matrix company
  • Strong business analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English language skills, with German and/or Italian as a plus
