Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fun and results-driven environment, where you will have the chance to take on new challenges and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry and perform various front desk tasks
  • Actively manage triage activities and address incoming correspondence
  • Manipulate data to process reports and provide business data in admin tools and external files
  • Manage and maintain underwriting documentation
  • Address data anomalies and inaccuracies in admin tools
  • Problem-solve and liaise with the Finance team when required
  • Assist in managing Underwriters' documents and perform general administrative duties
Requirements
