Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of new Equipment Project Management from the point of order intake (OI) through to project closure (CPA), including the management of on-site activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that deliverables are met within the expected budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Your Mission

  • Take ownership of S-Q-C-D deliverables for assigned new Equipment Projects:
    (S) Health & Safety - Ensure compliance with required Health & Safety and Environmental standards, with a comprehensive H&SE plan established prior to project initiation.
    (Q) Quality - Ensure that deliverables meet defined specifications from the outset, with clear project scope and specifications.
    (C) Cost - Ensure that project deliverables, including on-site activities, are completed within the established project budget.
    (D) Delivery - Ensure that deliverables are completed within the agreed project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary statutory and regulatory requirements, including adherence to Sidel corporate values, governance, and processes.
  • Implement risk assessment and response strategies for critical projects, taking responsibility for risk management and mitigation.
  • Manage, support, and mentor the assigned team, fostering relevant skill development and utilization while removing obstacles for the team.
  • Assist the team in managing scope changes without compromising baseline objectives and benefits, while resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders, facilitating follow-up calls for technical issue escalation with Global Product Support.
  • Ensure that all Sidel Project systems are consistently updated, including SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact Center, and PM Tools.

Your Profile

Education and Languages:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • PMI Certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in Project Management of capital projects.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is advantageous.
  • Understanding of installation and commissioning challenges.
  • Knowledge of project financial management.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
