About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Services Senior Consultant to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Deal Advisory team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex transactions and drive business growth through strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on transaction services, including financial due diligence, deal advisory, and post-merger integration
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality transaction services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in transaction services
  • Collaborate with other KPMG teams to deliver integrated services to clients
Requirements
  • Specialist degree in business subjects, with a focus on accounting, management control, and finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in transaction services, audit, or similar
  • Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
