Division Manager Role
The Division Manager will lead administrative activities within the TCT division and oversee projects. This includes planning and budgeting, personnel management, procurement, travels, and project administration/management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational processes related to research project openings and financial, administrative, and reporting management.
- Administrative personnel management activities with a strategic approach.
- Management of division procurement.
- Three-year planning and monitoring of division scientific activities in line with strategic objectives.
- Supporting the Division Director in fundraising strategy implementation and definition of scientific proposal plans.
- Elaboration and monitoring of budgets.
- Implementation of division networking activities and dissemination of scientific activities.
Requirements
- Strong focus on research objectives.
- Ability to coordinate and manage personnel.
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise research activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The gross annual salary will be based on qualification and working experience. Belonging to protected categories will constitute a preferential condition. Some fiscal benefits may apply for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors.
About the Location
The workplace location is Milan.
The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
