We are seeking a Modularization Lead to join our team in Rome, reporting directly to the Modular Design Section.

About The Role:

You will work within the Modular Design Section, managing proposals, basic engineering design, and detail engineering design of modularized onshore projects.

Key interactions include internal collaboration with project teams, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines, as well as external interactions with clients, yard fabricators, and transport contractors.

As Modularization Lead, you will manage the modularization study to evaluate the execution strategy and extent of modularization.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing the modularization study to support engineering and design, coordinating with other departments.
• Acting as the focal point for clients on modularization programs.
• Preliminary weight estimation of modules.
• Providing expertise and guidance for optimal modular solutions.
• Ensuring modularization basis is developed and executed early, establishing standard methodologies to avoid execution risks.
• Coordinating and leading modular scope during basic design, detail design, fabrication, construction, and logistics planning.

• Qualifications: Master degree in Engineering discipline/Construction management.
• Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
