Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building financial forecast models, and participating in the planning process for multi-year business and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly balance sheet, capex, cashflow, and items below EBITDA with a focus on cash
  • Build and own financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses
  • Develop and implement automation and integration projects related to financial planning
  • Participate in the planning process for multi-year business and strategic plans, budget, and forecast
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Forecasting, or Analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Package
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain positive relationships
