About the Job
We are looking for motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started. As Boutique Process Owner, you will join the R&D team and support clients (Licensors).
Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure the best service level for BTQs by supporting clients (Licensors) with all Operations activities related to orders.
- You will support BTQ Managers and team as a key figure (Specialist) integrating BTQ process with new License or Partnership.
- You will support BTQ Managers and team as a key figure (Specialist) with the Logistic issues, projects and network creation.
- You will collaborate with the Sales Team in Milan and Product / Planning on regular processes and projects implementation.
- You will be a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change.
- You will have strong problem-solving skills.
- You will have solid experience with Microsoft software packages.
- Nice to have: SAP knowledge.
- You will have good people management skills.
- You will have strong client-facing and communication skills.
