Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager for our High Voltage Business Unit. This role is essential in driving business success by managing the entire product life cycle, from conception to market introduction, ongoing support, pricing strategies, and overall profitability. The primary focus will be on high voltage switchgear technologies, including GIS and PASS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch and life cycle of new products, systems, and services, ensuring effective coordination and supervision of the product roadmap. Develop and implement recovery plans as needed.
  • Take charge of the profitability and life cycle management of a specific product line by establishing clear objectives.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels and sales performance to guarantee the capacity to meet customer demands. Analyze product performance and market trends regarding volume and profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform and enhance the marketing strategy.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team for significant negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Research & Development to assess and propose feasibility studies for new products and service variants.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans, including communication strategies, training initiatives, and sales programs.
  • Ensure that the department is well-organized, staffed, and equipped with skilled personnel, while fostering a motivating environment in line with HR policies.
  • Embody the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and promoting a culture of care for colleagues and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
