About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Project Manager to join our team at Bulgari. As a key member of our Global Retail Excellence and Sales training team, you will be responsible for leading the organization and coordination of training events, including Train the Trainers, Retail Conventions, and training sessions/pilots led by corporate teams or consultants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate Train the Trainers events, ensuring excellence and satisfaction through feedback and implementation of best practices.
  • Lead the coordination of Retail Conventions, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for 500+ participants across the Retail Community.
  • Work closely with the Event Team, Corporate, and Local management to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics for training sessions in class or production sites.
  • Collaborate with local trainers for the organization and logistics of training sessions/pilot programs led by Corporate teams and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of training activities, with a focus on Selling trainings, and liaise with local trainers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage all legal and administrative activities linked to retail training events organization and departmental administrative activities.
  • Organize events for Corporate Teams, such as team-building activities or workshops.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in management with at least 3-4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in retail is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent use of MS Office suite (PPT and Excel are a must) and familiarity with Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • English is mandatory. Fluency in a second language would be a plus.
Competencies
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities – project management is a must.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a team spirit.
