RINA is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainable Supply Chain Practices to enhance its operations within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
Role Overview
In this pivotal position, you will spearhead our consulting practice focused on sustainability within supply chains. Reporting directly to the Business Line leader, your extensive industry knowledge and understanding of ESG principles will be crucial in crafting a strong value proposition for our clientele.
You will manage a team of consultants, guiding organizations through the intricate processes of sustainable supply chain transformation, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and identifying new avenues for value generation.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership in Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting:- Formulate and execute a robust strategy for our sustainability consulting practice, in line with market dynamics and client requirements.
- Articulate a comprehensive value proposition that effectively communicates the advantages of our consulting services to prospective clients.
- Mentor and lead a team of sustainability consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing development.
- Supervise the execution of high-caliber consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and measurable outcomes. Client Relationship Management & Value Delivery:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on sustainability issues in supply chains.
- Assess client needs and customize consulting solutions to meet their unique challenges and goals.
- Assist clients in implementing sustainable practices within their supply chains, including ESG integration, risk management, and performance enhancement.
- Evaluate and communicate the impact of consulting efforts, showcasing the value provided to clients. Industry Leadership & Expertise:
- Remain informed about the latest trends in supply chain sustainability regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Share your insights through publications, presentations, and participation in industry events, establishing RINA CONSULTING as a leader in the field.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative consulting methodologies and tools to improve service effectiveness. Business Development Initiatives:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the sustainability consulting market.
- Lead the development of proposals and client presentations, highlighting our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the business development team to support client identification, proposal creation, and technical content preparation.
- Work alongside other RINA Consulting Business Units to leverage synergies and cross-selling opportunities.
Educational Background
A Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering, or an MBA/Post Graduate Degree is required.
Required Qualifications
A proven history of success in a senior leadership role focused on supply chain sustainability, preferably in an industrial or consulting context. In-depth knowledge of ESG principles, regulations, and reporting frameworks. Demonstrated capability to formulate and implement consulting strategies that yield tangible results. Proficiency in both Italian and English. Strong skills in client relationship management and a commitment to delivering value.
