About the Role

The Administrative Support to the Division Manager will provide full administrative and financial support to project management, including managing budgeting spreadsheets, purchasing procedures, monthly timesheets, administrative reports, mission management, and administrative information collection.

About the Team

The CMCC Foundation is a cross-cutting scientific research center on climate change and its interactions with the environment, society, the world of business, and policymakers. Our work aims to stimulate sustainable growth, protect the environment, and develop strategies for the adaptation and mitigation of climate change.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting spreadsheets and purchasing procedures
  • Prepare monthly timesheets and administrative reports
  • Support mission management and administrative information collection

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent subjects
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Administrative area
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Accuracy and good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and accounting software
