**Job Description**

We seek a skilled Division Manager to oversee administrative activities within the Regional Ocean Forecasting Systems (ROFS) Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational process management for research projects, including financial, administrative, and reporting tasks.
  • Administrative personnel management with a strategic approach, focusing on staff development, promotions, and contract renewals.
  • Procurement management for the division.
  • Three-year planning and monitoring of divisional scientific activities in line with strategic objectives.
  • Liaising with the Fundraising Office to prepare new proposals and supporting the Division Director in implementing fundraising strategies.

  • Effective planning, organization, and supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
