About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented candidate to join our Controlling Team as a Brands & Category Financial Analyst – Maternity Leave Replacement.
This role involves analyzing monthly performance data for brands and categories, identifying profitability issues and opportunities, and supporting marketing and trade marketing teams in evaluating new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly performance data for brands and categories, including top-line and profitability metrics.
  • Identify and address profitability issues or opportunities within brands and categories.
  • Support marketing and trade marketing teams in evaluating new opportunities, including price definitions, new brand launches, packaging variations, and other initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for brands and categories.
  • Collaborate with commercial controlling teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior business stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution.
  • Completed Business Management studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP HFM/Essebase systems.
  • Fluency in English language.
