Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our luxury hotels and corporate office in Milan.

About the Role:

  • Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe.
  • Partner with the senior management team and the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement best practices.
  • Develop a network of potential future hires and measure key recruitment metrics.
  • Champion all stages of candidate experience, from application to interviews and communications.

Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition / Recruitment specialist with demonstrated experience in recruiting multiple roles in a multisite environment.
  • Prior experience in activating Employer Brand initiatives or an understanding of best practices.
  • Strong communicator/presenter capable of representing the Belmond brand to external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages beneficial.
