Job Description
We are seeking an Airline Avionics Engineer to join our CAMO team in Milan, Malpensa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the continuous airworthiness of assigned aircraft systems for our operated fleet.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that aircraft avionic systems are reliable and efficient to support fleet operations.
- Maintain technical and quality standards for all tasks assigned.
- Develop and control Aircraft Maintenance Programs and related reliability programs.
- Check applicable requirements and prepare company Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) accordingly.
- Act as focal point to develop and manage CAMO 'Specific approvals' procedures.
- Manage and control aircraft loadable software.
- Prepare company technical documentations necessary to comply with authority and manufacturer requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Airlines/OEM/MRO environment.
- Previous experience in managing aircraft avionic systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and engineering skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
