Tetra Pak Italiana seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide technical services and support to customers across Italy.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services, as well as troubleshooting assistance over food equipment. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of packaging equipment and provide technical training to customers. This role requires strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, PLCs, and electrical and electronic systems. Experience with filling machines is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing customer sites for installation events, assembling machines.

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment and installations of Filling Machines and distribution equipment in customers.

• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and by phone.

• Conduct production supervisor and operator training at customer sites.

• Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customer concerns and problems.

• Execute timely reporting of all discovered technical issues according to company processes.

• Travel up to 90% of your working time to customer sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering or equal experience in the field.

• 1-2 years work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.

• 1-2 years experience in PLC, electrical and electronic system in general.

• Ability to repair machines onsite.

• Experience with filling machines is a big advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis, more than 90% of your working time.

• Native level of Italian and good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential).

• Driving licence.

• Good command of computer skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

• Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision.

• Initiative and ability to work in a team.

• Customer oriented and result-oriented attitude.
