Industrialization Specialist - Technical Innovator

In this role, you will play a key part in empowering the industrialization area, reporting directly to the AMOM Plant Manager.

Your Responsibilities

You will represent the link between Product Development and Production, providing focused support for the development of innovative technical solutions to increase product quality and reduce processing times.

Specifically, you will interface with the Product Development function, translating sampling methods into industrial logic to define Production Times and Solutions, validating Bills of Material and Manufacturing Cycles in a timely manner.

Based on what is technically defined, you will build the Production costs by tracing them using specific forms and uploading them to the system.

You will also be involved in negotiating the costs of external processing, interfacing directly with specialized suppliers.

Your Profile

• Previous experience of at least 8 years in the field of small metal parts/fashion accessories in similar tasks.

• Excellent knowledge of machining technologies: CNC machining, hot stamping, cold stamping, micro casting, galvanic finishing.

• Excellent knowledge of basic tools Timing & Methods.

• Good knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD tools.

• Good knowledge of Office package.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Mediation skills/conflict resolution.

• Dynamism, flexibility, and proactive attitude.
