About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of clinical trials from start-up through database close and inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality oversight to Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and ensure timely delivery of quality study data.
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of clinical trials, including study start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  • Develop and implement study management plans, including recruitment targets and delivery milestones.
  • Work closely with functional lines and CROs to resolve site-level issues and drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers to provide input to operational strategy and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in clinical trial management.
  • Extensive global clinical trial/study management experience, with a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, monitoring, clinical, and regulatory operations.
  • Expertise in one or various tech areas, specializing in driving innovation and efficiency through technology.
  • Demonstrated study management/leadership experience, with oversight of CROs and management of Per Subject Costs, vendor, and ancillary costs projections and spend.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Country-level cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Keen problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and possesses technical expertise, including spreadsheets, metrics, and data flow management.
