Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Define technical specifications for EHT Electrical Heat Tracing projects by analyzing various documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Continuously assess project timelines against initial agreements, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Design electrical power and control systems that align with project specifications.
  • Verify that all procured equipment meets project requirements and standards.
  • Conduct Technical Bid Analysis for purchased equipment and facilitate technical discussions with suppliers.
  • Review and approve vendor design documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests to confirm that equipment meets required standards.
  • Engage in engineering discussions with clients and subcontractors to represent our organization effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and pursue professional development opportunities.
  • Be prepared to travel to client sites or other company locations as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in engineering roles, preferably within process industries such as Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, or Power.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, control systems, and hazardous area classifications.
  • Proficiency in design software and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, with a good command of Italian being essential.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A dynamic personality with the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driving license.
