**Carlo Gavazzi Impianti** is an International EPC Contractor based in Italy focused on electrical systems and electro-mechanical instrumentation in the sectors of infrastructure, transport, oil & gas and energy from traditional and renewable sources.

**Position**:
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager Who will follow Our Projects with RFI (Ferrovie dello Stato) in Italy. The Resource will give support to the Project Manager in order to plan, execute, finalize and supervise the realization of projects, for both Home Office and Site, in order to satisfy contractual obligations and with respect to the established targets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, JV partners or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Define and control the Project Driving Quantity from design to Close-Out. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee HSE requirements and quality control throughout its life cycle.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure to complies always with all Company Policies, Procedures and Regulations in terms of Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality.
- Define project execution strategies in cooperation with Project Director (if present), detail HSE Plan, Organization, Quality Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, supervising planning and scheduling of activities.
- Safeguard of profit and losses for the portion of the project under his authority.

**Requirements**:

- Project Control Manager with a minimum stay of 3-4 years in the role or Deputy Project Manager for 2- 3 years; a previous experience, 3-4 years in a role of Construction Supervisor and / or project planning and control, being able to preside individually the full life cycle of a construction project (production planning, execution, control).
- Consolidate knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and accurate competences of project management techniques and tools (i.e. project planning and control, risk management, contract management, etc.).
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities and efficient team management skills, adaptability and stress tolerance.
- Engineering Degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to travel.
