AxL spa, Divisione Alti Profili, ricerca e seleziona per conto di azienda operante nel settore Immobiliare, un:
**PROJECT MANAGER**

La risorsa, inserendosi all'interno dell’Area Tecnica, si occuperà di:

- Gestione técnica ed economica dei nuovi progetti immobiliari;
- Coordinare i lavori in cantiere e le figure professionali coinvolte;
- Effettuare sopralluoghi periodici in cantiere per verificare lo stato di avanzamento lavori;
- Coordinare gli interventi di ispezione e manutenzione in cantiere rispettando le normative di adeguamento;
- Definire e aggiornare i budget e i forecast delle commesse;
- Elaborare le richieste di offerta relative a incarichi di servizi e appalti, con conseguente valutazione delle stesse;
- Collaborare nella predisposizione dei documenti di gara e nell’elaborazione dei contratti;
- Sviluppare i computi metrici per piccoli interventi.

**Si richiede**:

- Laurea in Architettura o Ingegneria Edile/Civile;
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni presso Studi Professionali o Società di Consulenza Immobiliare;
- Conoscenza approfondita e uso autonomo di AutoCAD e della metodologia BIM;
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo dei professionisti e delle imprese esterne;
- Spiccata attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali, senso di responsabilità e serietà.

Si offre contratto a Tempo Indeterminato diretto + Ticket Restaurant + Welfare e Assicurazione Sanitaria. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza.
