ACCOUNT MANAGER – ITALY

We strategically focus on key markets where our signal processing technology serves as a vital differentiator in our customers' offerings, particularly in the industrial, automotive, communications, and consumer sectors. Our extensive portfolio includes innovative products such as data converters, amplifiers, RF ICs, power management solutions, MEMS-based sensors, and processing products, including DSPs, tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

We are seeking an Account Manager with a robust technical foundation, a results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit to enhance the value of the ADI organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering outstanding service daily.
  • Establish and nurture strategic, long-lasting partnerships with key clients in the region.
  • Drive the growth of ADI's business across all regional customers in Italy.
  • Identify and manage new business prospects, including startups, and facilitate their success with ADI.
  • Comprehend customer objectives and requirements, proactively addressing their challenges.
  • Leverage ADI's solutions by effectively positioning our products, demonstrating evaluation systems/boards, and generating upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Sales Team, fostering a strong internal network within ADI.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate customer needs back to the organization.
  • Regularly visit customers, attend trade shows, and engage in industry events to enhance networking and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Support internal marketing and product definition teams by gathering and summarizing requirements and market trends for specific applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest ADI technologies, products, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure timely achievement of sales KPIs, sharing insights on trends, business growth/loss, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic design or semiconductor sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in technology sales and collaboration with distribution partners.
  • Highly motivated with an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • A valid driving license and passport.
