Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive adoption of our solutions among key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to target prospects and customers
  • Create account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory
  • Nurture and develop existing key accounts to ensure continued adoption of our product and services roadmap
  • Maintain prospect and customer records to support sales forecasting and market analysis
  • Provide constructive and quantitative information to support product manuals, sales manuals, and pricing schedules
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends through trade publications and research
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, customer functions, and industry-wide events as needed
  • Develop and maintain high knowledge of our product line and competitive offerings
  • Assess the ROI of sales activities and submit regular reports on sales activity, potential opportunities, and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of previous technical and consultative sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales background or experience in networks, client/server knowledge (CCTV/video surveillance, Point-of-Sales devices, or Service-based offerings to the retail industry)
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical information
  • Experience selling and providing solutions into large enterprise accounts, selling to end-users, preferably from the banking or retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Strong autonomy and ability to act independently
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
