Senior Account Manager, Field Sales Representative

Account Manager Opportunity
Analog Devices is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing integrated circuits. We are seeking a result-driven Account Manager with a solid technical background to join our team in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers in the region
- Identify and manage new business opportunities and bring them to win
- Understand customers' objectives and requirements and anticipate their challenges
- Leverage ADI's solutions value by positioning our products and generating new upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Be a proactive member of the Sales Team and build a strong internal network within ADI
- Effectively articulate and communicate customers' needs back into the organization
- Visit customers on a regular basis and attend trade shows to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Support internal marketing and product definition teams collecting and summarizing requirements and market trends for specific end applications
- Keep up to date with latest ADI technologies, products, and trends
- Cooperate with the Sales Team to ensure sales KPIs are timely met and provide actionable recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification
- 2+ years of electronic design or semiconductor sales experience preferred but not required
- Passionate about technology and willing to adapt and learn
- Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude required
- Team player and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Self-motivating and taking initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English language
- Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days a week
- Full clean driving license and passport
