At adidas, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and market share in our key customer groups. As a Senior Sales Manager Fashion, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth and market share in our key customer groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Provide sales forecasting and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and execute sell-in campaigns to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand image and drive demand with customers.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the sporting goods industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and market share in key customer groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
