Business Development Manager

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Michael Page International Italia S.R.L., you will be responsible for evaluating and segmenting customers, structuring efficient sales plans aligned with the group strategy, and managing all aspects of customer relationships and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and segment customers to develop effective sales plans
- Manage customer relationships and engagement at all levels
- Exceed defined revenue goals as agreed with management
- Utilize Channel planning methodology to define and manage business plans with customers
- Create and maintain account planning documents for customer accounts
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain existing customer base
- Promote full portfolio of products and solutions to maximize group sales
- Develop and implement plan to acquire business from new capex projects
- Aquire new business through converting competitor accounts
- Plan, agree, and conduct sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in ATEX related product or application sales, rugged mobile device sales, or channel partner management
- Proven track record in managing Key Account relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
