Join Our Team as an In Vitro Diagnostics Application Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In Vitro Diagnostics Application Specialist to join our team in North-West Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers in the region, including method applications, troubleshooting, and technical service activation.
- Install and configure instruments on-site, provide customer training, and follow up on Chemistry, Immunochemistry, and Automation Product Lines.
- Monitor system performance by measuring selected KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Support new customer needs by providing direct support, collaborating with sales teams, or activating internal support channels.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Biomedical Laboratory Techniques.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Curiosity, continuous learning, flexibility, and availability to move within the assigned region.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
