Job Summary: We are seeking an analyst to join our real estate team, which currently counts 12 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management models for real estate funds.
  • Conduct stress tests and business plan simulations to assess operational risks.
  • Value real estate and fund companies to inform investment decisions.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Excel application.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats.
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate finance and/or risk management for closed-end funds.
