**Role Description:**

As a Project Manager in the Hospitality sector, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing the management work of projects in accordance with agreed deadlines.

You will assist the Senior PM in coordinating the project team, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage one or more projects, ensuring their successful execution according to defined contractual methods.
  • Plan projects and develop contract execution plans, setting up project teams suitable for task realization and coordinating resources.
  • Act as a mediator between parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization.
  • Conduct regular meetings to verify alignment with project progress and previsions.
  • Prepare summary reports of weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring activity progress and creating/modifying schedules and budgets.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required.
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector is mandatory.
  • Around 8-10 years of experience as a PM or Design Coordinator in the hospitality sector, with on-site experience.
  • An excellent level of English (B2/C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • A technical background to attend and intervene in technical meetings.
  • Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Good knowledge of Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project.
  • Availability to travel.
