About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team at Auto1 Group GmbH. As a key member of our Business Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a high-pressure analytical role in consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce, or tech startup.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and regression analysis.
  • A background in data visualization (Tableau and Looker Studio) and proficiency in Python or R are considered a plus.
