Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Sobi Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, and Finance. You will support the Business Unit Director in delivering appropriate sales forecasting, identifying key drivers and assumptions, and executing modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, timely, and accurate sales reporting, using systems to efficiently track revenue across countries.
- Lead Iqvia data, Market research data, and competitors' performance data.
- Lead the local incentive plan, commitment, and cycle plan, and coordinate effective communication with sales leads, local HR, and International Commercial operations Lead.
- Responsible for the delivery and management of operational tasks and processes, including but not limited to CRM Veeva.
- Drive continuous improvements, collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
- Project Management for local and international projects (CRM, BI, Master Data Management).
- Manage the tools and processes for reporting of Sales and Marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer account plan, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- 7+ years of proven experience.
- Experience with Veeva CRM, BI, Qlik sense.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.
