Hexagon PPM is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound phone calls and meetings with Account Executives.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline creation and new logo acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree (recommended)
- 1-3 years of technology sales/sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Other European languages beneficial
