Commercial Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to uncover business opportunities;
  • Assist Management in negotiating contracts and setting objectives with partner brands while determining inventory;
  • Assess and establish commercial strategies for market expansion;
  • Formulate commercial initiatives to support established strategies, collaborating with relevant departments;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to devise the marketing strategy and budget;
  • Oversee the company's sales strategy by allocating targets to the sales team and consistently tracking performance;
  • Partner with sales representatives to manage key accounts and assist in complex negotiations;
  • Ensure the collection of data and customer profiling, as well as the sales pipeline, to enhance the company's CRM;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels;
  • Analyze sales, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics, providing regular updates on trends, challenges, and potential solutions to Management;
  • Coordinate corporate events (such as trade shows and promotional activities) in collaboration with Marketing to attract and retain clientele;
  • Support the organization in the recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and development of the sales team.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Extensive experience in commercial management roles within sophisticated and structured organizations;
  • Experience in the agricultural machinery and gardening equipment sectors; knowledge from related fields such as agricultural supplies (fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, etc.), industrial vehicles, and commercial vehicles is also valuable;
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and organizing commercial events for business growth;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a sales team;
  • Comprehensive understanding of management systems and CRM tools;
