About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Burberry Limited. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including category management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a personalized and exceptional shopping experience, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other members of the retail management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of POS systems, ability to handle complex customer service issues, and a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
