About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results and delivering exceptional consumer experiences in our Brand Center store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Results: Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets by effectively managing all resources within the designated area to provide consumers with a leading shopping experience.
  • Lead by Example: Foster a positive culture in the store and support the Senior Manager to enable the team to create a consumer-centered, authentic, active culture in the store.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador and partner within the local community to promote brand and store awareness.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent implementation of all global programs, initiatives, and strategies within the Brand Center store.
  • Team Development: Support the Senior Manager with leveraging global and local tools to lead the performance management, succession, recruiting, hiring, and development activities, resulting in high employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated business management skills; P&L and KPI ownership.
  • Retail Experience: 2 years of fashion retail management experience with a leading global brand.
  • Leadership Role: Leadership role in a branded organization (leading teams & creating a brand experience).
  • Market Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant market experience with a high street leader.
  • Language Skills: English fluent: B2 or above (speaking, reading, writing) and fluency in another language is highly desirable.
