Assistant Store Manager - REPLAY Store Roma

Fashion Box S.p.A., the renowned Italian fashion group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join its dynamic team at the REPLAY Store Roma. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain a positive store image, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Supervise and develop the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team and customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
