About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial performance, delivering overall project leadership and execution, and ensuring successful and timely execution of complex Capital Equipment Projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance Management: Be responsible for managing and optimizing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Project Leadership: Deliver overall project leadership and execution, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Project Governance and Risk Management: Manage project governance and risk management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication and Documentation: Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve project delivery and overall business performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and AutoCAD. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Language: Very good command of written and spoken English language.
