We are seeking an experienced Pricing Actuary to join our team at Crédit Agricole Group. As a Pricing Actuary, you will play a key role in developing and implementing pricing strategies for our Italian market.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Product Development: Work with product development teams to create new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Actuarial Modeling: Develop and maintain actuarial models to ensure accurate pricing and risk assessment.
- Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop pricing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Actuarial Qualification: Chartered Actuary or equivalent qualification.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing and actuarial roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
