Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment of comprehensive MarTech solutions, encompassing MarTech architecture, marketing data management, and marketing automation platforms.
- Engage in project planning, proposal development, and cost estimation activities.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering trust and facilitating their professional growth.
- Enhance your technical knowledge by staying current with industry best practices and deepening your understanding of various MarTech platforms.
- Design and implement innovative MarTech solutions that enhance customer experiences.
- Possess 7-10 years of experience in digital transformation and MarTech consulting, ideally with a background in management consulting or digital agencies.
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in MarTech stacks, including marketing automation and customer data platforms.
- Manage and optimize MarTech stacks, ensuring seamless integration with sales platforms and other solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, leading the development of solutions based on these requirements.
- Exhibit knowledge of formal implementation methodologies, including Agile practices.
Required Skills
- Proven consulting skills with a history of delivering quality results and developing cross-functional relationships.
- Strong grasp of MarTech ecosystems, including requirements gathering and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative settings, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
