This role is crucial in driving Avon's online sales growth and expanding our reach to customers worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy aligned with Avon's overall business objectives, focusing on Amazon, Allegro, and other key marketplaces.
- Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace partners, including Amazon and Allegro, to drive mutual growth and ensure Avon's brand integrity is maintained.
- Lead the optimization of product listings on various marketplaces to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and pricing strategies across different marketplaces to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Analyse marketplace performance metrics regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional markets and teams, including e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure Avon's compliance and mitigate any risks or issues.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in online marketplace management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices, with specific expertise in Amazon. (Allegro would also be highly beneficial).
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
