About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Officer to join our dedicated team at Como Secondary College. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will provide integral support to the Manager Corporate Services in a wide range of business operations, including administration, financial management, and human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input and effective support to the development, management, implementation, and monitoring of business operations, systems, and plans.
- Develop and maintain financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Provide effective support and input into the development, implementation, and monitoring of human resource management systems and processes.
- Work effectively as part of a team, utilizing sound verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Identify and implement appropriate solutions using sound conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Considerable experience providing input and effective support to the development, management, implementation, and monitoring of business operations, systems, and plans.
- Well-developed financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, and the ability to provide recommendations.
- Sound human resource management knowledge and skills, including the ability to provide effective support and input into the development, implementation, and monitoring of human resource management systems and processes.
- Sound verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Sound conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
