About the Role

Rizos Curls is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our influencer and social media strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive influencer and social media plan that drives brand growth and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Influencer and Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Lead Social Media and Influencer Marketing Activities: Manage and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns across all platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.
  • Build and Manage Influencer Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with influencers who align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Manage and Track Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of social media and influencer marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of our strategy.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for social media, community, and influencer storytelling
