Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is a key member of our team responsible for creating and executing property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing Communication in developing the annual marketing plans.
  • Partner with Operations, Food Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions, under the Director of Marketing and Communication's approval.
  • Partner with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading and advertisement targeting directed at relevant consumer groups.
  • Execute email marketing and display advertising when needed.
  • Maintain frequent, active engagement with the corporate digital team to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
  • Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
  • Verify all printed collaterals are aligned with brand guidelines and updated with the latest information (e.g., FB menus, in-room collaterals).
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years experience in the marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
