We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team in achieving commercial objectives and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers in administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and sales analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
