The thesis is designed for students pursuing degrees in Mechanical or Computer Engineering and will focus on the development and deployment of initial augmented reality applications for evaluation by selected pilot users.
Project Context
Within the contemporary manufacturing landscape, characterized by Industry 4.0 principles, the concepts of Digital Thread and Digital Twin are increasingly significant.
Marposs, a leader in the production of precision measurement instruments, is adopting these methodologies in its after-sales service offerings.
The objective of this initiative is to implement a sophisticated digital utilization framework on a global scale. To achieve this, the company collaborates with a strategic partner that provides essential tools for infrastructure development.
