Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Consultant Intern to join our Wealth & Investments team in Rome. As an Investment Consultant Intern, you will support our Institutional Investors in various activities, including asset allocation, manager selection, investment strategy development, risk management, and ESG integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute calculations on investment data provided by clients, checking reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with investment managers on deep dives and specific investment lines, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modeling, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Support the selection of investment managers, conducting thorough research and analysis to ensure the best fit for clients.
- Contribute to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, and third parties, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Support the preparation of high-quality working documents, such as proposals, relations, and manuals, meeting tight deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients, ensuring clear and concise communication of investment strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
- University master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong interest in the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with fluency in both Italian and English languages.
- Initiative, proactivity, curiosity, strong results orientation, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines.
