The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Expert to join our team at QVC, a leading retail brand. As a key member of our Performance and Retention Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging campaigns to acquire new and loyal customers.

About the Role

As a Digital Advertising Expert, you will work closely with our Retention Specialists and Digital Store teams to drive progress and target new names for the business. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and controlling campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels, including Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, and Retargeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly goals for New Names, Sales, Spend, and Incremental Ebit driven by assigned performance marketing channels.
  • Set up campaigns, track, and improve results on an ongoing basis, based on best practices across QVC.
  • Develop continuously new business opportunities in assigned channels.
  • Establish strong relationships with key business partners of assigned performance marketing channels.
  • Develop business plans based on current results and open opportunities, identify, and execute test scenarios together with these partners.
  • Scout new potential partners within assigned channels.
  • Share best practices across QVC International, developing a close relationship with peers in international markets and the Performance Marketing Manager for QVC International.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing Practice, with proven success in driving profitable sales and customer development.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Performance Marketing Tools, including Google and/or Adobe Analytics, implementation, or testing of Pixels, Tealium, or Tag Manager.
  • Strong experience in setting up campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels, including Search & Shopping (Google and Bing Platforms), Affiliation and Retargeting, or Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok).
  • Analytical skills, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a customizable way.
  • Proven ability to work on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets.
  • Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders.
  • English fluency.
